This year has been hard on us all. 2020 is showing us clearly with 20/20 eyes where we still need to heal, how we need to practice and that with a tender, humble and true heart, how we move forward into the next chapter of life here with the earth. For the first time in 12 years, we will not be offering a live Solstice. I, Cynthia, need the quietude to enter the gateway offered to us all.
Instead, we will be posting here and on Facebook a slideshow and the "Best of" Crystal Cymbalogy Solstice Events. Rick has pulled together with just a tiny bit of direction from me (LOL) the most beautiful set of improvised songs in one long stream that you can play at your leisure on the Solstice and beyond. You can let us know if you are interested in purchasing it as an album and we can separate tracks and send it in your preferred format. I will be in the energy with you. Thank you for holding and supporting us all these past years. We will be back... Possibly with a new format in 2021. We love you all so much and look forward to long deep hugs again when we resume live concerts.

This year has been hard on us all. 2020 is showing us clearly with 20/20 eyes where we still need to heal, how we need to practice and that with a tender, humble and true heart, how we move forward into the next chapter of life here with the earth. For the first time in 12 years, we will not be offering a live Solstice. I, Cynthia, need the quietude to enter the gateway offered to us all.
Instead, we will be posting here and on Facebook a slideshow and the "Best of" Crystal Cymbalogy Solstice Events. Rick has pulled together with just a tiny bit of direction from me (LOL) the most beautiful set of improvised songs in one long stream that you can play at your leisure on the Solstice and beyond. You can let us know if you are interested in purchasing it as an album and we can separate tracks and send it in your preferred format. I will be in the energy with you. Thank you for holding and supporting us all these past years. We will be back... Possibly with a new format in 2021. We love you all so much and look forward to long deep hugs again when we resume live concerts.

Come enjoy a 3 evening series of sound exploration with Singer/Sound Healer Cynthia Quintanal. In this series, you will be introduced to some of the research regarding the power of sound vibration and healing. This will be an experiential, playful and gentle exploration into the benefits of sound healing. No experience is necessary, all voices are welcome. Come with playful curiosity!
~Session 1: Learn practical tools for self-healingand relaxation. Included will be the sounding of seed mantras, breath work and finding your own personal "note".
~Session 2: Build upon the idea of self -healing with the use of intention setting and sacred instruments. we will create a healing circle of sound.
~Session 3: Learn how to attune to instruments through deep listening. practice overtone singing. Take your skills out into the natural world to communicate with nature. We will create a ceremony of sound for healing the planet.

SOUND AS A PATH TO HEALING

Come enjoy an evening of sound exploration
